A Recovery Program Built on Five Pillars
Our recovery program is being designed around five core areas. Upon licensure, each resident's day will draw on all five, subject to ADHS licensing, staffing, approved policies and individual appropriateness.

A drug- and alcohol-free home with real accountability
With just ten beds, support is personal. Upon licensure, our home will offer a structured, sober environment where routine, accountability and relapse prevention are part of every day.
- A drug- and alcohol-free home
- Daily routines and accountability
- Random drug and alcohol screening
- Relapse-prevention protocols
Our program
Five core service pillars
Our recovery program is being designed to offer:
1. Recovery-Oriented & Dual-Diagnosis Support
- Relapse-prevention planning and craving-management skills
- Support for co-occurring mental health conditions
- Coordination with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) providers
2. Independent Life-Skills Development
- Household management and financial literacy / budgeting
- Nutritional meal planning, grocery budgeting, kitchen safety and basic cooking
- Transit navigation and job readiness
- Practiced daily so skills carry over to life after discharge
3. Peer Support & Mutual-Aid Integration
- Peer mentorship, being designed to include Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS)
- Transportation to local 12-Step, SMART Recovery and mutual-aid groups
4. 24/7 Residential Care & Medication Assistance
- Round-the-clock supervision by trained Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
- Staff assistance in the self-administration of medication, documented on a Medication Administration Record (MAR)
- Double-locked medication storage and pharmacy blister-pack delivery
- Oversight from our Director of Nursing, a board-certified nurse practitioner, in careful coordination with each resident's primary care provider and psychiatrist
5. Outpatient & Adult Recovery Team (ART) Alignment
- Direct collaboration with outside IOPs, primary health homes and prescribing psychiatrists
- Transportation to clinical appointments
- Shared goals with each resident's Adult Recovery Team and case manager
We are a residential recovery home, not a detox, hospital or skilled nursing facility. We do not provide dementia care.

Medication assistance, not medication administration.
Residents take their own medications with staff assistance and observation. Prescribing, psychiatric care, counseling and withdrawal management are provided by appropriately licensed professionals, including each resident's outside providers. Nothing on this website establishes eligibility.
Available supports will depend on ADHS licensing, approved scope of services, staffing, individual needs, clinical recommendations and program policies.
Have a client who may be a fit?
Submit a preliminary, non-clinical inquiry and our team will follow up to discuss general needs and program fit.
