Randall Godwin, M.Ed., LIAC, CHW

A Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor with more than 25 years in substance use and co-occurring treatment, Randy has served as chief operating officer of an Arizona psychiatric hospital, overseeing a $10M+ budget, and as a clinical director. Since 2014 he has been a commissioner for a national accreditation body, completing 50+ site reviews of behavioral health programs, and his audits of Arizona providers carry a record of zero deficiencies. Headshot of Amber Hayes, MSN, AGACNP-BC

Director of Nursing

Amber Hayes, MSN, AGACNP-BC

A board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with a decade of hospital leadership, Amber has served as the lead provider for a Level 1 trauma service in Phoenix and managed overnight inpatient care for complex surgical patients. She has written clinical protocols, trained nurses and new providers, and run a post-discharge follow-up clinic, and brings that same rigor here: medication safety, health screening, close coordination with each resident's doctors, and the judgment to spot early when someone needs a higher level of care.
